Note: All current enrolments (After June 30, 2010) are for start-up AFTER September 7th, 2010.
All learners complete the following process to become a student at CEAP:

- Submit an online application form, or drop by the CEAP Learning Center to complete an application.
- Submit any additional documentation required to verify Canadian Citizenship, BC Residency, or eligibility. Please not that the electronic documents can be attached to the online application and submitted along with the application.
- On acceptance into CEAP, meet with your program teacher to create and sign an individualized Learning Plan and Committment to Learning and Declarations.
- Complete and submit Activation Assignment(s).
