All learners complete the following process to become a student at CEAP:

- Obtain any needed information about specific program(s) from this web site, or contact CEAP for more information.
- Complete and submit an online application form, submitting any additional documentation required to verify Canadian Citizenship, BC Residency, or eligibility for a desired program or course(s). Please not that the electronic documents can be attached to the online application and submitted along with the application.
- On acceptance into CEAP, meet with your program teacher to create an individualized Learning Plan.
- Complete and submit Activation Assignment(s).
Upon sucessful completion of Step 4, the applicant is considered to be "Actively Engaged" in the program or course(s), and is considered to be officially registered as a CEAP student.
