CEAP offers students and parents access to several secure, password-protected, online environments designed to support learning and facilitate communication.

To access the Student-Parent Access Page, where information specific to enrolled students and their parents is posted use the special username and password given to you for this purpose.

How to Login to the CEAP Student-Parent Access Page

1. Go to the CEAP Home page at www.ceap.ca

2. Click on the Student-Parent Access Link:

3. Enter the Student-Parent Access special username and password given to you for this access:

Username: qualicum\username (You must enter "qualicum\" before the username!)

Password: ****** (Enter the password that you were given. It is not case-sensitive)

In addition, each student will be issued with usernames and passwords that will enable access to online learning tools: 

ePearl	An online electronic portfolio.
Moodle	A course-based learning platform.
Nautikos	A course-based learning platform.

 How to Login to Learning Platforms (ePearl, Moodle or Nautikos)

1. Go to the chosen site (Use links on the front page of the CEAP web site).
2. Enter the username and password as given for these sites. 

About CEAP Usernames & Passwords:

• To be issued by the CEAP Office or Program Teacher at the time of registration or at the first face-to-face meeting or in the first online communication between student/parent and the teacher.
• To be kept in confidence by the student/parent and not shared with other students or persons.
• To be considered the official channel of communications between the school and the home.
• To be managed and assisted by the parent in the case of young students, and to be managed by older students responsibly, in accordance with the Acceptable Technology Use Guidelines, as defined in SD69 Policy.
