The Parent Advisory Council (PAC) is the official voice for parents at the school level.  At present, the CEAP PAC has a Chair and a Secretary.  We are currently looking to fill the Treasurer position and we also require at least one Member –at-Large.  In order to successfully run a PAC, there must be four elected members.  We are also hoping to have a parent representative from each level:  elementary, middle and high school to join as well.

The PAC meets once a month at QBES for approximately one hour.  There is no fund raising requirement as the PAC receives enough money from the BC Gaming Fund to cover field trips, graduation and other activities.
