Two upcoming initiatives for 15-19 year-olds are taking place in Powell River. Each February we hold a short film contest and a hands-on film camp over 3 days. Young filmmakers have a great chance to hone their skills under the guidance of film industry professionals and media educators in a fun environment. Full sponsorships covering camp fees are available and the contest entry fee is very affordable. You can help us spread the word by putting up these posters for youth, and sending the info on to media educators and/or youth workers in your own community.
