The QBES catchment area starts at the junction of Ferndowne Road and The Strait of Georgia and runs in a easterly direction to Judges Row. It then heads west to, and includes all of, Judges Row. This includes Burnham Road and Cypress St. to the Old Island Highway. It then follows a line running south through the existing ravine running parallel to St. Andrews Road to Village Way.

The boundary then turns east along Village Way to Hollywood Road and south on Hollywood to View Road. It turns west on and proceeds along View Road. Then it turns south from the west end of View Road to the power lines and proceeds in a westerly direction to Memorial Avenue.

Turning south, the boundary includes all those living on both sides of Memorial Avenue, it continues to the Inland Island Highway then west to Whiskey Creek, then follows Whiskey Creek north to its junction with the Little Qualicum River. The boundary then follows the Little Qualicum River to the point where it turns north in a straight line to intersect the south end of Ferndown Road.

The boundary includes all those students living within and on both sides of the aforementioned streets and roads.
