Students will need to book an appointment time to visit the school to submit their scholarship applications. Appointments are available on Wednesday April 8th from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and on Thursday April 9th from 9:00 am - 2:00 pmScholarship applications will be handed in to room 202, access will be made available through the doors outside room 202 on the exterior of the school.
Only one student at a time will be allowed into room 202.
Students must practice social distancing while waiting and when they are submitting their applications.
Appointments can be booked using the link found on the Ballenas website homepage or at https://ballenas.schoolappointments.com/ Make sure your scholarship package is organized. Your letter to me, scholarship resume and application form should be clipped or stapled together. Any scholarships that require additional information should be put together with the information required for that scholarship, best to use paper clips and not staples but staple if you must. There will be a handin bin for your main package (letter to me, resume, and application form) and bins for any of the scholarships that require extra information. Make sure you are organized and ready to handin your packages as your time in room 202 will be limited...it will not be a time to discuss, just handin your paperwork and leave the room. Sounds harsh but we need to keep everyone safe. You have extra time to organize your package don't wait to long to book your appointment.
