Congratulations to all of the athletes who competed in North Islands the past two days. For some of you it was your first experience, for others a return experience. You all did an excellent job!  We are so proud of your sportsmanship, your comradery, and your respect for coaches, officials and other athletes.  A special shoutout to Aiden Bentley and Masayoshi Takashina, who both placed first in their respective events.  Well done to all of you!

VALEDICTORIAN forms are now available in the office - they are due back to Ms. Cathrine TODAY!

Grad Walk field trip forms are ready for pick up!  You will find them in the front office. Bring them back to the office as soon as possible. Let us prevent the scrambling at the last minute to get your chance to participate. 

Freezies for $1 are being sold in the HUB today to raise money for HUB food.

Also! If you can help sell freezies to support snacks please come at lunch! 

Hey Whalers, this week is teacher appreciation week, and to show our teachers just how much we appreciate them, we came up with a task of the day. Today's task is to challenge your teacher to a game of rock paper scissors. Today's clue for guessing a teacher is: Math Makes Sense Baby! Bring your answer to the foyer at lunch for candy.

Hey Ballenas! Your Asian Heritage Month fact of the day is.... Did you know that there are over 260 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Asia? A few examples are the Taj Mahal, Angkor, and Bagan! 

Come join the Ballenas math club. All grades are welcome. All you have to have is a desire to explore. Come to room 303 on Fridays at lunch to practice your problem solving skills.
