April 20-24 is the week that Kwalikum Secondary School will be hosting the Ministry of Education's Graduation Assessments. There will be additional Graduation Assessment sessions in the Summer (June). During the Spring Session, students will have the opportunity to complete their Literacy Assessments during their English class. If a student would like to complete their Numeracy Assessment, please contact Sarah Elson-Haugan (Vice Principal).

Numeracy and Literacy Assessments are facilitated during the semester that a grade 10/12 student is in their math or English focused class.

Additionally, we will be hosting drop-in sessions for learners that would like to write their assessments outside of their scheduled class time, learners enrolled with CEAP, or learners re-writing previously completed assessment (students are able to attempt the assessments 3 times). Please contact Sarah Elson-Haugan (selson-haugan@sd69.bc.ca) to schedule. 

For learners that prefer separate settings for assessment completion, arrangements can be made with Learning Support Teachers or with Sarah Elson-Haugan (Vice Principal).
