Hi Everyone, 

Our Fall Hot Lunch Session is now open! 

Our first Hot Lunch date is September 29th and you must have completed your order and payment by September 22nd at 3PM. 

Hot lunch this Fall will be on THURSDAYS! Order cutoff is one week prior, payments must be received by that cutoff date/time. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled at cutoff time. 

Would you like to sponsor HOT LUNCH this Fall session for a student who would not otherwise be able to receive it? If interested, please respond to this email and we will get you signed up! 

If ordering for the whole session at once, you MUST pay for all orders before the first payment cutoff or the unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled and dropped from the system.

How to order: If you have already registered with Munchalunch, please visit www.munchalunch.com to place your student's Hot lunch Order. If you have not registered please visit: https://munchalunch.com/schools/springwood/ to set up your account and order.

Receiving an order confirmation does NOT mean that you have paid! Please make sure that you complete the payment process and receive a transaction receipt. 

If you are unable to pay online with credit card (preferred), your payment must be labeled with your students name and order number and placed in the PAC box outside the office by the cutoff date at 3PM. 

If your child is absent on a day that you have ordered Hot Lunch for them, you must let the office know by 10:30 AM if you would like to pick up the lunch. You must then pick the lunch up between 12PM and 3PM from the office.  If you have not called in, the lunch will be donated to another student.  Lunch orders cannot be cancelled after the cutoff date.
