School Bus Registration for the 2024/25 school year is now open! Go to the Qualicum School District Transportation website to access the online application form. Get your application in before the end of this school year for the best opportunity to secure a spot for you child.
TIMELINES
April - May 31, 2024: only Eligible bus pass applications will be processed, on a first come/first serve basis.
Exact bus route information will be emailed to families before the first day of school. June 1 – June 30, 2024: Courtesy, as well as late Eligible bus pass applications will be processed on a first come/first serve basis as space is available on the bus route(s) requested.
Applications received after July 1 will be considered on a wait list and only accepted on a first come/first serve basis as space on buses allow.
The Ministry of Education and Childcare has a new resource for parents and caregivers which is designed to explain reporting and report cards in the British Columbia school system.

This national memorial day gives Canadians an opportunity each year to remember workers killed, disabled or injured in the workplace, and workers afflicted with industrial disease.
Learning Support Funds has guidelines in how it is to be used. No money will be allocated after May 1, 2024. All money is paid by the CEAP clerical and there is no reimbursement for money paid with personal accounts with the exception of internet services & Parksville RDN (Please see Joan Holland if you are interested in using funding this way).
