The Board of Education of School District No. 69 (Qualicum) has scheduled two Public Budget Information Sessions as part of the process to develop the 2018/19 Preliminary Operating Budget. See attached for dates, times and locations.

Monday, January 22 - Friday, January 26, 2018; and
Monday, January 29 - Friday, February 2, 2018
Kindergarten and Progams of Choice (eg: STREAM Program, French Immersion Program, etc.) registration opens on January 22 and closes on Friday, February 2, 2018.

Parents are invited to this free event at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Qualicum Commons (744 Primrose Street, Qualicum Beach).
Parents of students wishing to attend a school outside of their catchment area in September 2018 are required to submit an Application for Cross-boundary Enrollment for Following School Year form. The window for submitting these applications is from the first Monday in February up to and including the last Friday in March prior to Spring Break.
