Qualicum School District Strategic Plan

Throughout the 2022-2023 school year, staff at the Qualicum School District worked on a new strategic plan. After collecting data from surveys and focus groups, a group of 40+ met several times to sort and prioritize this input into four main goal areas along with the key outcomes that indicate what our students (S) will do, what our educators (E) will do, what tasks or evidence we will see (T), and what the district (D) will do to support this work.
