The Board of Education of School District No. 69 (Qualicum) has scheduled two Public Budget Information Sessions as part of the process to develop the 2017/18 Preliminary Operating Budget.   The sessions will be held on:

Library - Ballenas Secondary School

135 N. Pym Road; Parksville

at

4:30 p.m. & 7:00 p.m.

Each of these sessions will provide a review of the year-to-date for 2016/17, provide a general overview to 2017/18 including projections and general staffing levels, the budget meeting schedule, and provide an opportunity to discuss obligations and restraints. 

The 2017/18 Preliminary Operating Budget process will continue with the following Public Board Meetings:

Tuesday, April 18 –Special Public Board Meeting – 7:00 pm:  Review of DRAFT 2017/18 Preliminary Operating Budget

​Tuesday, April 25 – Regular Board Meeting - 7:00 pm:  Adoption of 2017/18 Preliminary Operating Budget
