Explore our wide array of library programs designed to offer enriching learning experiences and resources for students, teachers, and parents. We are dedicated to providing a diverse range of educational materials and activities to support the academic and personal growth of our community.

French Immersion & English
Resources

Our French immersion resources are curated to support language development and cultural understanding for students in K-7, fostering a strong foundation in bilingual education. Our English language resources supports all kinds of learning needsβ€”from helping students build reading confidence to exploring tech and research skills.
Indigenous Learning
Indigenous ways of knowing are woven into programs through authentic stories, voices, and resources that reflect the richness and diversity of Indigenous cultures. We collaborate with our Indigenous Liaison, Brenda or Kookum, to support cultural learning opportunities. Guided by the First Peoples Principles of Learning, the library is a space where all students can explore identity, respect, and reconciliation through literature and inquiry.
Community Engagement
Parents are always welcome to visit the library to explore ways to support their child’s learning journey and make the most of our rich resources. Community engagement is important to us, and the library offers a wide range of literature to support social-emotional development, including topics like anxiety, grief, and building strong social skills. By sharing knowledge and fostering connection, we aim to create a supportive environment where continuous growth and learning thrive.
Author & Book Talks
Our library program brings books to life through engaging author visits, interactive book talks, and genre spotlights that spark curiosity and connect readers to a variety of stories. Students have opportunities to explore themes like identity, resilience, and empathy while discovering new books. These experiences help foster a vibrant reading culture and a deeper love of literature.
Special Events
Our library hosts a variety of special events that build community and celebrate a love of reading, including the Book Character Pumpkin Parade, seasonal Reading Challenges in December and June, Scholastic Book Fairs, and Used Book Sales. Students can also get involved as Library Helpers, developing leadership and responsibility while supporting their peers. These events make the library a lively, welcoming space for all.
