Graduation or Upgrading
To enroll in CEAP you must reside in the Qualicum School District. The courses are free and must at this time be completed between September to mid June. Currently, we are not offering summer school.
We are currently only accepting recent students with Qualicum School District that need:
to complete a course or two in order to reach their graduation diploma.
need to upgrade a course to qualify to further education goals.

to arrange a meeting with our counselor to discuss your options and help you understand what will be required for completion.
There are teachers available to help with the online CEAP courses in a designated area at Ecole Ballenas Secondary School and Kwalikum Secondary School during regular school hours. Regular school vacations apply so please visit our calendar on our home page if you are wondering about days that the school will be closed.
Please note that the courses we offer through CEAP are on-line.
