Dear Parents/Caregivers of our 2025 Grad Class,

We are in the beginning stages of planning our 2025 Prom and want to ensure that you are kept in the loop. We have a couple of places for you to keep connected and informed.  (Note: There will be no parent/caregiver run Facebook page or Instagram for Prom.  All communications will be streamlined through the 3 below noted areas)

• Ballenas Website: BSS Calendar, Banner with important notes, Daily Announcements
• Grad Parents Webpage: Presentations, Prom Meeting Agendas & Minutes and detailed notes about Prom 
  
• BSS Grad Email:  The school plans commencement and the grad parents/caregivers are responsible for planning Prom. All parents/caregivers with a student graduating in 2025 are invited to send an email to bssgradinfo@gmail.com and say "Please add me to your Prom email list".

Grad/Prom emails can include:

• Details about Prom (the evening event with dinner, dancing, entertainment)
• Committee Updates (Volunteer parents/caregivers lead prom/decorating/fundraising/entertainment committees)
• Shout outs for volunteers (Fundraisers, decorating, day of volunteers, security, cleanup...)
• Meeting Dates (Meeting dates, Agendas & minutes for Prom Planning meetings)
• Questions...send us your questions about Prom!
