Communicable Disease Plan 2022-23

The District is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all of our employees, and this document sets out a combination of measures that will be used to minimize exposure to COVID-19.  Details of site-specific safety plans can be found on each school's website.

International School Program 

Our International School Program has developed the following documents to ensure that students and home stay families understand the COVID-19 safety protocols for travelling from outside of Canada and for quarantine.

BC COVID-19 Safe Schools Website

The Ministry of Health has issued a news release on the provincial vaccine rollout for children between 12-17 years old, including how children and their parents/caregivers can register and book their vaccine appointments. BCCDC has also developed an information brochure, with additional details on the vaccine program for children, that school and district administrators are encouraged to share with students and families. More information is also available on the BCCDC website.
