Why do we celebrate Pride?

Pride month is a reminder that everyone - students and staff in all of our schools and worksites - is welcome. 

Pride is a celebration of community coming together in love and friendship to show how far LGBTQ2S+ rights have come and how, in some places, there is still work to be done.

​We celebrate the promotion of the self-affirmation, inclusion, dignity, equality, and increased visibility of all LGBTQ2 people.
